We specialise in Fair Trade handicrafts including incense, clothing, homeware, instruments and more, from many countries including Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, Kenya, Indonesia and more.

Siesta is a family run wholesale company based in Canterbury, started in 1983 by Chris and Les Harper with a market stall selling handicrafts that were brought back from their travels from Mexico and Guatemala (hence the name!). Shortly after they opened a retail shop in the town centre, which remains open 'til this day!

From a small beginnings, we now import directly from suppliers in countries all over the world on a Fair Trade basis, and we are proud to be a member of the British Association for Fair Trade Shops and Suppliers.
